- In a vacuum with no friction, a ball will roll forever at constant motion until it encounters an obstacle; Inertia at work
- On a rocky/rough plane, it slows down, because bumps steal its motion and spreads it into heat, unless external force is applied.
This is somewhat how communication works but with a twist that in the first point inertia in communication would carry the wrong message forever like fake pat on the back though as communication is 2 way street. I’d rather have it outside vacuum where energy transfers continuously with new thoughts and force to fuel it.
What if there are no bumps and it is not even a vacuum? Ball would go further but still stop given there is an air resistance. There is again a possibility of falsehood of pretentiousness that communication flew through. But no. That was not the case because that’s an invisible resistance we forgot about.
The point is, never forget about air. You breathe it, it pushes back, you cut across it, you cannot avoid it.
Never curse the message, blame the air then accept and move on with resistance and with whole heart.
Or, if you must, Change that ball.
